- Unable to install the clutch disc to the main drive shaft
- Dropout of torsion spring/wear out of stop pin
- Hit mark to spline teeth and end surface. Crack to clutch plate.
Cause
Misalignment between engine crank shaft and transmission main driveshaft causes this problem during installation of transmission.
Solution
1) Replace deteriorated pilot bearing or bush.
2) Reinstall parts after removal of contamination
or scratch on the mating surface of bell housing.
