Release bearing is damaged
- Malfunction of cylinder assembly
- Abnormal wear on front cover, notchy wear
- Reuse of worn flywheel
- Reuse of pilot bearing
- Release bearing is damaged
Cause
Installment failure of release bearing.
Solution
Check if the bearing is right for the car application before installment.
Caution
Confirm that the diaphragm spring is not damaged from the previous bearing.if the damage can be seen, change the clutch cover as well.
